1. 1. A Commissioner who served pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 219.020, except for a Commissioner who served pursuant to paragraph (b) of that subsection, may continue to serve or resume the Commissioner’s service as a Commissioner if the Commissioner:

   1. (a) Is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada;
   2. (b) Is a resident of Nevada; and
   3. (c) Notifies the Legislative Counsel of the Commissioner’s intention to serve as a Commissioner.
2. 2. The Legislative Counsel shall notify the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws whenever a Commissioner is added pursuant to this section.
