Residential confinement of violator of parole: Program of enhanced supervision
Effective Oct 1, 2021(Added to NRS by 1987, 2233; A 2021, 2441)
The Board shall establish procedures to administer a program of enhanced supervision for parolees who are ordered to a term of residential confinement pursuant to NRS 213.152.
