Nev. Rev. Stat. § 207.450 – Criminal forfeiture: Order of forfeiture; protection of property

1. Upon entry of a judgment for a violation of NRS 207.400, the court may order the forfeiture of the appropriate property.
2. Upon entry of such an order, the court may:
1. (a) Enter a restraining order or injunction;
2. (b) Require the execution of a satisfactory bond;
3. (c) Appoint a receiver; or
4. (d) Take any other necessary action,
  to protect the interests of the State.
