“Benefit” means:

1. 1. A plea bargain;
2. 2. Any consideration of bail or conditions of release;
3. 3. A reduction or modification of a term of sentence; or
4. 4. Any other leniency, immunity, financial payment, reward or amelioration of the current or future conditions of any term of sentence.
