Amount

Effective Oct 1, 2021(Added to NRS by 1967, 1452; A 1985, 809; 2021, 3581)

In deciding the amount of bail to impose on a person, the court shall consider:

1. The nature and circumstances of the offense charged;
2. The financial ability of the defendant to give bail;
3. The character of the defendant; and
4. The factors listed in NRS 178.4853.
