Nev. Rev. Stat. § 176A.043
“Member of the military” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2009(Added to NRS by 2009, 103)
“Member of the military” means a person who is presently serving in the Armed Forces of the United States, a reserve component thereof or the National Guard.
