Nev. Rev. Stat. § 176.002
“Division” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2001(Added to NRS by 1993, 1512; A 2001, 2568)
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “Division” means the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety.
