Names of witnesses inserted or endorsed at foot of indictment
Effective Oct 1, 1967(Added to NRS by 1967, 1411)
When an indictment is found, the names of the witnesses examined before the grand jury shall be inserted at the foot of the indictment, or endorsed thereon before it is presented to the court.
