District attorney to prosecute at preliminary examination where felony or gross misdemeanor charged
Effective Oct 1, 1967(Added to NRS by 1967, 1407)
The district attorney of the proper county shall be present at and conduct the prosecution in all preliminary examinations where a felony or gross misdemeanor is charged.
