Nev. Rev. Stat. § 163.003

Creation: Requirements

Effective Oct 1, 1999(Added to NRS by 1991, 1704; A 1999, 2367)

A trust is created only if:

1. The settlor properly manifests an intention to create a trust; and
2. There is trust property, except as otherwise provided in NRS 163.230.
