Nev. Rev. Stat. § 159A.103
A guardian of the estate shall pay from the guardianship estate all just claims against the protected minor, the estate or the guardian as such, in the same manner as prescribed by chapter 159 of NRS for the payment of claims by the guardian of the estate of a protected person.
