1. 1. In a case where notice of a proposed action is required by NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive, the court, in its discretion, may remove the personal representative from office unless the personal representative:

   1. (a) Gives notice of the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive;
   2. (b) Obtains a waiver of notice of the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive; or
   3. (c) Obtains a consent to the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive.
2. 2. The court, in its discretion, may remove the personal representative from office if the personal representative takes a proposed action in violation of NRS 143.745.
