Specific devise passes subject to mortgage or lien existing on date of death
Effective Oct 1, 1999(Added to NRS by 1997, 1485; A 1999, 2258)
A specific devise passes subject to any mortgage or lien existing on the date of death, without right of exoneration, regardless of a general directive in the will to pay debts.
