Nev. Rev. Stat. § 132.030
“Abatement” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1999(Added to NRS by 1999, 2249)
“Abatement” means a proportional reduction of a pecuniary devise when the money or other assets out of which the devise is payable are not sufficient to pay the devise in full.
