Nev. Rev. Stat. § 130.10111
“Duty of support” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1997, 2311)
“Duty of support” means an obligation imposed or imposable by law to provide support for a child, spouse or former spouse, including an unsatisfied obligation to provide support.
