NRS 127F.040. Executive head of central state compact serves at pleasure of Governor; cooperation with all departments, agencies and officers [Effective on the date on which the 35th state ratifies and enters into the version of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children set forth in NRS 127F.030.]

The executive head of the central state compact office created pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children set forth in NRS 127F.030 shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The central state compact office shall cooperate with all departments, agencies and officers of and in the government of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the compact or of any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by this state under the compact.
