NRS 127F.010. Enactment [Effective on the date on which the 35th state ratifies and enters into the version of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children set forth in NRS 127F.030.]

The Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, set forth in NRS 127F.030, is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions substantially joining therein.
