Order to confirm legal parent and new name of child

Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 2025, 1507)

An order of confirmatory adoption must confirm:

1. Each legal parent of the child; and
2. The new name of the child, if requested in the petition pursuant to NRS 125E.110.
