Nev. Rev. Stat. § 127E.050

Scope of chapter; applicability of other provisions

Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 2025, 1507)

In addition to any requirement set forth in chapter 127A of NRS, as applicable:

1. The provisions of NRS 127E.100 to 127E.130, inclusive, and 127E.300 govern confirmatory adoptions.
2. The provisions of NRS 127E.200, 127E.210 and 127E.300 govern readoptions.
