1. 1. A prospective adoptive parent who is subject to an investigation by the child-placing agency must submit as part of the investigation a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the child-placing agency to forward those fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
2. 2. The child-placing agency may exchange with the Central Repository or the Federal Bureau of Investigation any information respecting the fingerprints submitted.
3. 3. When a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigation is received by the Central Repository, it shall immediately forward a copy of the report to the child-placing agency that submitted the fingerprints.
4. 4. Any fees for fingerprinting and submission to the Central Repository and the Federal Bureau of Investigation must be paid by the prospective adoptive parent.
