Nev. Rev. Stat. § 125C.0613
“Court” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2013(Added to NRS by 2013, 763)
“Court” means an entity authorized under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive, to establish, enforce or modify a decision regarding custodial responsibility.
