1. 1. If the trustee designated by the court to receive assets pursuant to NRS 125B.210, incurs fees or costs which are not compensated by the deduction authorized pursuant to NRS 125B.210, the court:

   1. (a) Shall hold a hearing not later than 20 days after the obligor-parent is served by the trustee with notice of a motion or order to show cause; and
   2. (b) May order the obligor-parent to pay reasonable fees and costs.

2. 2. A fee or cost incurred:

   1. (a) In any sale of assets pursuant to NRS 125B.210; or

   2. (b) In the preparation of a statement pursuant to NRS 125B.290,

      is recoverable as set forth in this section.
