- 1. A court that, on or after October 1, 1998, issues or modifies an order in this State for the support of a child shall obtain and provide to the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services such information regarding the order as the Division of Social Services determines is necessary to carry out the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 654a.
2. Within 10 days after a court of this State issues an order for the support of a child, each party to the cause of action shall file with the Division of Social Services:
- (a) The party’s social security number;
- (b) The party’s residential and mailing addresses;
- (c) The party’s telephone number;
- (d) The party’s driver’s license number; and
(e) The name, address and telephone number of the employer of the party.
Each party shall update the information filed with the Division of Social Services pursuant to this subsection within 10 days after that information becomes inaccurate.
- 3. The Division of Social Services shall adopt regulations specifying the particular information required to be provided pursuant to subsection 1 to carry out the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 654a.
