1. 1. The application must be signed by the developer, or by an officer or a general partner of the developer or a person holding a power of attorney for that purpose from the developer. If the application is signed pursuant to a power of attorney, a copy must be included with the application.
2. 2. The application must be submitted with the covering page prescribed by the Administrator and accompanied by the required fee.
3. 3. The application must promptly be amended if a material change occurs in the information contained therein.
