Nev. Rev. Stat. § 119B.030
“Affiliate” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1985(Added to NRS by 1985, 1656)
“Affiliate” of a developer means a person who, directly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by or is under common control with the developer.
