Nev. Rev. Stat. § 119A.052
“Limited common area” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2001(Added to NRS by 2001, 2495)
“Limited common area” means a portion of the common area allocated by a time-share instrument for the exclusive use of at least one, but not all, of the units in a project.
