Nev. Rev. Stat. § 118B.080
Landlord to disclose certain information regarding owner or representative of park and agent for service of process; landlord to post and provide notice regarding office hours and landlord’s availability at park; requirements related to office hours

1. The landlord shall disclose in writing to each tenant the:
- (a) Name, address and telephone number of the owner or representative of the manufactured home park and the electronic mail address of the manufactured home park, if available; and
(b) Name, electronic mail address, if available, and address of a person authorized to receive service of process for the landlord,
and any change thereof.
- 2. The information must be furnished in writing to each new tenant on or before the commencement of the tenancy and to each existing tenant.
- 3. A landlord shall post in a conspicuous place in a common area of the park and provide to each tenant the office hours, which must be during regular business hours, and the landlord’s availability at the park location.
4. If the manufactured home park consists of 75 or more lots, the manager or assistant manager:
- (a) Must be available at the park location for at least 8 hours each week, which must be during regular business hours; and
- (b) Shall post the hours of availability of the manager or assistant manager required pursuant to paragraph (a) in a conspicuous place in a common area of the park.
