Nev. Rev. Stat. § 118B.035
Approval of landlord to be in writing
Effective Oct 1, 1987(Added to NRS by 1987, 981)
If a statute requires that a tenant obtain the approval of the landlord on a particular matter and the landlord gives his or her approval, the landlord shall do so in writing.
