Nev. Rev. Stat. § 111.791 – Beneficial ownership: Applicability

The provisions of NRS 111.791 to 111.801, inclusive, concerning beneficial ownership as between parties or as between parties and beneficiaries:

1. Apply only to controversies between those persons and their creditors and other successors.
2. Do not apply to the right of those persons to payment as determined by the terms of the account.
