Nev. Rev. Stat. § 111.723
“Party” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2011(Added to NRS by 2011, 1419)
“Party” means a person who, by the terms of an account, has a present right, subject to request, to payment from the account other than as a beneficiary or agent.
