An easement for the collection of solar energy:

1. 1. Terminates upon the expiration of a period of limitation specified in the grant creating the easement.
2. 2. Terminates upon recording of a release of the easement by the owner of the benefited land.
3. 3. May be modified or extinguished by an order of a court based upon principles of equity, changes in conditions or abandonment.
