Nev. Rev. Stat. § 7.175
Compensation and expenses on new trial
Effective Oct 1, 1975(Added to NRS by 1975, 1156)
For the purposes of compensation and other payments authorized by NRS 7.125 to 7.165, inclusive, an order by a court granting a new trial shall be deemed to initiate a new case.
