Nev. Rev. Stat. § 3.150

Power to take and certify acknowledgments and affidavits

The judges of the district courts shall have power in any part of the State to take and certify:

1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court.
2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice of this state.
