Nev. Rev. Stat. § 2.190

Power to take and certify acknowledgments and affidavits

The justices of the Supreme Court shall have power in any part of the State to take and certify:

1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court.
2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice in this state.
