Rules to be adopted to provide for disposition of complaint or formal statement of charges
Effective Oct 1, 2009(Added to NRS by 2009, 1337)
The Commission shall adopt rules providing for the disposition of a complaint or formal statement of charges at any stage in a disciplinary proceeding, pursuant to:
1. The consent of the judge who is the subject of the complaint; and
2. An agreement between the judge and the Commission.
