The following shall be the courts of justice for this State:

1. 1. The Supreme Court.
2. 2. The Court of Appeals.
3. 3. The district courts.
4. 4. Justice courts.
5. 5. Such municipal courts as may from time to time be established by the Legislature in incorporated cities or towns.
