Territorial judicial officers not superseded until election and qualification of successors
State of Nevada
No Judicial Officer shall be superceeded [superseded] nor shall the Organization of the several Courts of the Territory of Nevada be changed until the election and qualification of the several Officers provided for in this article[.]
