Nev. Const. art. 17, § 3
Fines, penalties and forfeitures to inure to state
State of Nevada
All fines, penalties and forfeitures accruing to the Territory of Nevada or to the people of the United States in the Territory of Nevada, shall inure to the State of Nevada.
