Repeals. — Laws 2026, ch. 19, § 4 repealed 9-6-19 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2023, ch. 188, § 3, relating to detention and corrections workforce capacity building fund, detention and corrections workforce capacity building fund committee, administration, distribution of funds, grant criteria, effective July 1, 2026.
