Repeals. — Laws 2026, ch. 19, § 4 repealed 9-6-18 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2023, ch. 188, § 2, relating to public attorney workforce capacity building fund created, public attorney workforce capacity building fund committee, administration, grant criteria, effective July 1, 2026.
