The administrative services division shall provide administrative services to the department, including:

1. A. keeping all official records of the department;
2. B. providing clerical services in the areas of personnel and budget preparation; and
3. C. providing clerical, record-keeping and administrative support to agencies administratively attached to the department, at their request.

ANNOTATIONS

Effective dates. — Laws 2004, ch. 25 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2004, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
