Administratively attached agencies

Laws 2007, ch. 200, § 7.State of New Mexico

The following are administratively attached to the department:

A. the human rights commission;
B. the labor and industrial commission; and
C. the state workforce development board.

ANNOTATIONS

Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 200, § 25 made the Workforce Solutions Department Act effective July 1, 2007.
