The "workforce solutions department" is created in the executive branch pursuant to the Executive Reorganization Act [9-1-1 to 9-1-10 NMSA 1978]. The department is a cabinet department that includes:

1. A. the office of the secretary;
2. B. the administrative services division;
3. C. the unemployment insurance division;
4. D. the labor relations division;
5. E. the workforce technology division;
6. F. the workforce transition services division; and
7. G. the new Americans division.
