N.M. Stat. Ann. § 9-15A-2

Definitions

As used in the Tourism Department Act:

A. "commission" means the tourism commission;
B. "department" means the tourism department; and
C. "secretary" means the secretary of tourism.

ANNOTATIONS

The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, deleted "economic development and" preceding "tourism" in Subsection A.
