1. A. The community development block grant programs shall be administered by the local government division of the department of finance and administration.
2. B. The New Mexico community development council shall determine the recipients and amounts of community development block grant awards.

Effective dates. — Laws 1984, ch. 5, § 18 made Laws 1984, ch. 5, § 1 effective July 1, 1984.

Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1984, ch. 5, § 1, repealed former 9-14-4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 296, § 4, and enacted the above section.
