The 2025 amendment, effective June 20, 2025, changed the name of the "Recycling and Illegal Dumping Act" to the "Recycling, Circular Economy and Illegal Dumping Act" and provided the statutory citation for the Recycling, Circular Economy and Illegal Dumping Act; after the section heading, deleted "Sections 1 through 20 of this act" and added "Chapter 74, Article 13 NMSA 1978", and after "Recycling" added "Circular Economy".
