N.M. Stat. Ann. § 73-21-2 – Short title

Chapter 73, Article 21 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Water and Sanitation District Act".

The 2005 amendment, effective June 17, 2005, changed the statutory reference to Chapter 73, Article 21 NMSA 1978.
