N.M. Stat. Ann. § 71-9-1 – Short title

Chapter 71, Article 9 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Geothermal Resources Development Act".

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "Sections 1 through 11 of this act" to "Chapter 71, Article 9 NMSA 1978".
