Repeals. — Laws 2025, ch. 130, § 155 repealed 7-2H-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2008, ch. 89, § 3, relating to Native American veterans' income tax settlement fund, created, purpose, appropriations, effective July 1, 2025.
