Repeals. — Laws 2025, ch. 130, § 155 repealed 7-2-30.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2005, ch. 56, § 2, relating to optional designation of tax refund contribution, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis research fund, effective July 1, 2025.
